Training Goals to Success Journal

Throughout my life as an advocate for Dressage, I have been challenged many times in relation to my own goals and ‘trying’ to achieve them. I have been faced with being overweight and being forced to stop riding. Then I  lost the weight to continue my passion. I have faced divorce, mental illness, and brain surgery. Yet still, my passion to achieve burns brighter than ever. 

This Journal is designed to help you achieve your own goals. By putting your dreams on paper and helping you create a strategic plan,  so you can achieve them.

In this journal, there is sections on goal setting. Rider and horse profile enough for 3 horses. Medication and vaccination tracking. Competition results, then for each month we have lesson overviews, Competition overviews, Coach overview, and an Exercise Diagram sheet. 

We believe that this Journal will help you get onto a more positive way of thinking to help you achieve.
